Lenova are about to launch the IdeaCentre A600 which looks quite nice from the picture above. It has a 21.5″ widescreen display that runs in a HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels that runs at a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The processor behind this is an Intel Core 2 Duo and the PC has 4GB of DDR3 RAM making it quite a powerful machine. For storage there is a 1TB HDD built in allowing for plenty of media to be stored.

Sonoro’s Eklipse iPod / CD sound system has been available in Europe for a few months now, but it hasn’t exactly made much of a ripple ’round these parts. That looks like it could well be changing, however, as the device has just recently landed in the hands of the folks at the FCC, who unsurprisingly seem to be particularly interested in the system’s remote control. The Bloodhound project is a three year mission lead by Richard Noble that will see a landspeed record of over 1000MPH set. The car, named the Bloodhound SSC (super sonic car) should be capable of Mach 1.4.
In this “sport”? there are not many restrictions placed which allows for cars to be developed how they wish. The knowledge used and shared wont be of much benefit to other sports such as F1 which is why they can be so open about it.
The Bloodhound SSC will be 12.8m long and weigh almost 6.5 tonnes fully fuelled. Read more… »
