Bluetooth is a great way to transfer files between your phone and another. Many pictures have been sent by using this protocol. It’s only draw back is that the average range is somewhere between 10 and 100 feet which is often not enough to communicate across a large office.

You know what kids in developing nations need besides water, vaccines, and schools? MP3 players… and laptops, lots of laptops. Meet the Cranko, at least that’s what we’re calling it since Thanko’s “Cranking MP3 Player” bores us to the point of Wal-marting razor blades. Callpod—maker of one of our favorite charging devices, the Chargepod—has just come out with a Bluetooth adapter called The Drone. What’s special about this Bluetooth adapter that’s not in any of the hundreds of other Bluetooth adapter sticks already out? It “automatically pairs itself with your headset or headphones,” which saves about 30 seconds of waiting and having to type “0000″ into some prompt.

If you have used a multi monitor set-up (2 or more monitors attached to your PC) then you will be totally aware of how much more productivity you have. Tasks can be completed far quicker as the extra estate you have allows you to keep more windows open and cut out the problem of minimising and maximising windows.
