The Philips Xenium 9@9j is their latest phone which has a unique twist. The device can be powered by 2 different types of battery allowing you to carry a quick backup around with you should the occasion arise. The ordinary lithium ion battery can be found in the phone, but along side a AAA battery slot. Should the lithium ion battery die and you have no where to plug the phone in to charge it you can then pop in a AAA battery which are available everywhere and have up to 3 hours of talk time per battery.
I am not convinced that the extra bulk it ads to the phone is worth it although some people may find this feature handy.
The new “air-line” concept from student designer Daniel Fitzgerald and Dyson offers an eco-friendly and space saving solution to drying your clothes thanks to a design that functions using the movement of air along with solar heat. In other words, it is a solar powered clothesline. The one big technological development comes in the form of intelligent sensors that precisely dry your clothes and stop the flow of naturally heated air when the moisture content in the clothes reaches zero. Today I see a newly launched site called metarl.com this site is for those who likes free lindens in this site you be able to earn virtual world currency through participating in your favorite games, task accomplishing, contests, taking survey etc. They pay you in MetaPoints. So instead of free imvu credits or entropia peds, you get the MetaPoints. You can then convert them and transfer them into any virtual world account that you like. You can play in every virtual world if you want.
One thing more there is no limit for earning the virtual currency. So check this site because lots of fun stuff is waiting for you, check it out!!

Toshiba already got official with its G710 and G910 handsets last month, but it’s just now filled in that rather glaring numerical gap, with it taking the wraps off its new Portege G810 smartphone at MWC (not to be confused with Samsung’s also-just-announced G810). Like those other two, this one’s a Windows Mobile 6 device, and it boasts support for HSDPA and HSUPA, along with built-in GPS and A-GPS, and the always-welcome integrated WiFi and Bluetooth. Otherwise, you can expect a 2.8-inch QVGA touch screen, a 3 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot for expansion and even an FM radio in case all the usual PMP features aren’t enough for you. No word on a price, but you can look for this one to hit Europe sometime in the second quarter of this year.
