Modu Mobile has received the world’s biggest honor for its Modu phone. Modu has been presented with the world’s lightest mobile phone award by Guinness World Record for its tiny and sophisticated design.
Weighing only 40.1g, Modu comes with dimensions of 72.1mmx37.6mmx7.8mm (HxBxD). The fully functional and easy to use phone has also won the world’s first modular mobile phone distinction. If Coda’s claims are true, their Self Inflating Tires in development now seem like an inevitable future for car owners. The simple mechanism works with classic principles of a peristaltic pump: a tube is placed in each tire’s sidewall. As it’s run over, the tube’s compression forces air in (filling the tire). This little digital thermometer is handy for letting you work out the temperature of any surface with out making contact with it. The accuracy of the thermometer is +/- 4.5 degrees F which isn’t too bad for getting a quick measurement. The thermometer is both light weight and portable and is useful for PC maintenance, inspection, food prep to name a few.

Rumours are floating around about Windows Mobile 6.1 becoming available in just a few days on April 1st. Hopefully it isn’t an early April fools joke.
